Reiki is transferred during an attunement from a Reiki Master to the student. Practitioners are attuned to higher vibrations of energy that correspond to higher states of being. Reiki practitioners are trained to become channels for these higher vibrations of energies and bring these energies into the energy fields of the recipient during a session. Though spiritual in nature Reiki is not a religion and does not hold to any religious or cultish dogma. Reiki is not dependent upon any belief to work yet the individual patient must accept responsibility for his or her healing and be an active part in the healing process. This is what we refer to at the Center as a commitment to heal. When this commitment to heal is acknowledged by the patient and the patient acknowledges that a regular Reiki treatment program must be followed to be truly effective, just as with any traditional western medical practice the intent of the Reiki practitioner coupled with this commitment to heal allows the patient to receive the full benefits of any Reiki treatments.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AFTER A REIKI SESSION

After a Reiki session you may feel relaxed yet energized, have a sense of calm and balance. Feeling emotional for a few days is a part of the healing process. Emotions are at the core of healing and commitment and intent of both practitioner and patient are an essential element for this healing process.

Patients who are undergoing chemo or surgery benefit from Reiki by lessening the stress and anxiety and report a shorter hospital stay and quicker healing. Reiki acts as an emotional and physical detox with the patient experiencing sinus drainage, coughing, or intestinal noises. Simply letting go of any old memories or ‘baggage’ is one of the most satisfying experiences after a session and one may experience feeling or letting go or a relaxed state for some time.

Reiki should be used as part of a regular wellness program and your physician should be advised of any complementary or alternative medicine or other herbal program you undertake for your health. Reiki is not a medical practice nor is it a substitute for a traditional physician. All wellness programs work best if there is a synchronicity and balance.

POLICIES AND CANCELLATIONS

Our practitioners and instructors set their individual schedules so please be advised to keep in contact with them and to schedule in advance. Same day appointments are possible.

The Center reserves the right to cancel or change policy so please contact your instructor or practitioner. Payment is due at time of service. We accept payment through paypal and local checks with ID must be approved by the Center. There is a one day notice on cancellation. No Shows are charged the full fee.

We operate Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7pm but individual appointments may vary with each practitioner or instructor.


DISTANCE HEALING

Distance Healing is used with Reiki when the patient is not in proximity or when there is a sensitivity to touch or after surgery. When contacting the Center or paying through paypal please instruct if the service is for distance healing. Monthly Distance Healing Packages are as follows:

Self - $75
Self and Family to include any Pets - $125

With Distance Healing the Center will need the following information:

Name, Location (USA or other), Email, Description of symptoms for a particular disease or if you wish a general healing, a picture if at all possible.

ENERGY CHANNELING

Find your Highest Guide through energy channeling. Private sessions are available with Deborah and Marcia. Please email your requests to either or contact the center for more information. Channeling gives insight into your life’s lessons and goals and offers the individual clarity and peace of mind. We recommend contacting your Guide while on a path to healing.

The Center offers a wide variety of healing art and therapies to fully develop and heal the individual. The Center offers packages for groups who wish to participate in our program of wellness. Please contact the Center if you are a part of a group and wish to have a representative of the Center speak at your function about our programs or if you wish to purchase a group package.

Reiki is not just for living and breathing energy, Reiki can be used on anything with energy or to energize the fields of energy that exist around us everywhere. If you have items you wish to have energized with Reiki please contact Marcia. Items such as pillows, toys, keys are all candidates for Reiki.
